“In This Storm” speaks about the struggle of not admitting that there is something wrong with a relationship. It’s when we’re giving our best - to the point where we almost beg someone to stay - just to try and prove that what you have is something worth holding on to, but the reality is, we ignore all the signs because it is terrifying to accept that it has become a forced love rather than a true love. It is terrifying to accept that the person you loved and the person you wanted to fight battles with is no longer there - or was never your ally in the first place.
