People are posting pictures or moments of when they are really happy and look great. Many of these images are modified so they look better. Or at least they are selecting the best pictures to post. And when we look at these posts on Social Media and then we see ourselves not so happy and great-looking, we tend to get sad and some of us get depressed. When in reality, many of our friends who look so happy on Social Media may be very sad and sometimes even more depressed. "You Are A Sunshine" is a reminder to us not to compare ourselves to what we see on Social Media. It reminds us to be happy, to keep smiling and to live our life like there is no tomorrow.
